Class Action Waiver and Mandatory Arbitration: By using this website, you are waiving any right to sue us or any participating attorneys or affiliated law firms under any state or federal statute, rule, or regulation, including (but not limited to) the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (“TCPA”), and rules enforcing the TCPA, either individually or as a member of any class action.
